WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE... OR.... WHO DO YOU THINK THEY WERE?

WHO DO YOU THINK THEY WERE?

 That's a question we'd all like answered..
just who were our ancestors?
Were they in the same occupations that some of us are involved with now...?

Do we look like them?
Are there still family living in the same area?
Did they own their own land?

So many questions and so many unanswered...

Perhaps the Clare Roots Society will be able to help
or at least guide you as to where to look.
 You're invited
to join members of the Society
on Thursday 20th March, 2014 8pm
in the Civic Rooms,
Ennis Town Council,
Drumbiggle Road, Ennis.

Members of the CRS will be available to help you at this workshop.

You can send your questions prior to the evening to
so that members can do a little pre research for you.
They just might find a way to break down that brick wall.

Genealogy starts as a hobby for many and then becomes a passion... there are many reasons it is so absorbing. Have you ever wished you had a medical history of your family?
Perhaps you've never been quite sure whether that far fetched sounding story of your great aunt's was real, or whether grandad really did fight in two wars...
Were the family missing out on some huge inheritance from generations ago or was it all really left for the conservation of rare moths?

Whatever your questions, CRS members can at least guide you as to where to look and help you on your way.

Be sure to take along a few dates, etc. to help ...
By adding to what you know, you'll soon be on the way to having your very own family history to share with your family.
